Information about GTAE’s work on human rights and decent working conditions according to the Transparency Act.
The Transparency Act concerns the transparency of businesses and their work on fundamental human rights and decent working conditions. The act came into effect on July 1, 2022. The purpose of the act is to promote businesses’ respect for fundamental human rights and decent working conditions in the production of goods and services, as well as to ensure public access to information on how businesses handle negative consequences in these areas.

The Transparency Act obligates our company to conduct due diligence assessments according to the OECD guidelines.
G.T Automasjon & Elektroservice AS is a large company in the electrical and automation field and has several collaborators and suppliers as part of its operations. To reduce negative impact on human rights and decent working conditions, G.T will continuously work preventively through due diligence assessments, risk assessments, and risk-reducing measures. Any identified deviations will be addressed within our internal quality system.
